Here’s my 10 books that comes to mind upon reading this:“List 10 books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take more than a few minutes and don’t think too hard. They don’t have to be ‘right’ or ‘great’ works; just ones that have touched you.”

There’s this term called Serial Position Effect in Psychology and I guess this explains a lot about my list. I enumerated a lot of books in my head that somehow touched and stayed with me and when I was about to pick 10 from them, the ones who stood out are either the ones I read recently or the books I read when I was younger.

    Thanks Jolens for tagging me!

  1. Naintriga ako sa “The Lonely City: The Adventures in the Art of Being Alone.” Aaah!

Basahin ko ulit ‘yung summary one of these days haha.

At alam mo ba, required reading sa amin noon ang The Little Prince at Mythology.

Hmm, ganda pag-isipan neto haha! 😀

    1. Try mo minsan when you have time. Gusto ko yung pagkaka-incorporate ni Laing ng “city loneliness” into some of the modern arts from artists such as Edward Hopper, Andy Warhol, David Wojnarowicz and others.

Yung Green Gables yung pinakauna kong naalalang libro na nabasa ko nung bata pa ako. Mga elementary siguro. And last week lang nakahanap ako ng Anne of Ingleside (Last book ata ng series) sa booksale.

Greek specifically. Pero magaganda din yung Philippine Mythology, interesting na meron din pala tayong mga counterparts from Greeks and Romans.
